The Vanguard 6520 can be optimized for large branches and small central sites, depending on site requirements. The 6520 also serves as a regional concentrator. This scalable platform is designed for “future proofing”, a requirement critical to leverage and investment associated with today’s networks. The Vanguard 6520 provides a large number of connections including Ethernet, Token Ring, Serial, FXS, FXO, E&M, T1/E1, and ISDN. This flexibility supports the wide variety of applications found in today’s networks.
